If you want quality work at a fair price, you need to contact Best Construction Roofing and Remodeling who I rate at 5 out of 5 stars. They have two crews, one for inside work and one for outside work. Mark and his crew do the outside work and they did a fantastic job installing new gutters around the entire house. Mark took his time and figured out a way to combine two down spouts into one that looks good and isn't shabby like the previous installer did. He and his crew also re-faced the dormers on the house and front and back of the attached garage with new vinyl siding which totally gave the house and garage a fresh new look. These guys made sure everything was done right the first time and the compliments we've received since then proves it.
As for the inside work, Paul remodeled our bathroom, added a closet to the back bedroom, installed a tile backsplash in our kitchen, and new ceiling in our attached garage and everything came out spectacular. One thing we really appreciated about him is he added his input in what we thought we could do and what actually could be done and that to me is important. Case in point, we wanted to open up the wall between two main floor bedrooms and the first contractor who came to give us a bid said it would be "no problem". However, when Paul came to give us a bid, he didn't look at the wall and say "OK" he actually delved deeper into the context of the wall and found it was load bearing. Paul said he could put the opening in but the cost to do it would be a lot greater than what we thought it would be so we decided not to do it and don't have any regrets.
So, if you want a company who has people who actually take their time to do things right and also discuss with you what can and can't be done, I highly recommend Best Construction Roofing and Remodeling. Bill S.
